T5 clutch replacement
Im getting ready to replace the clutch and flywheel on my 92 5.0 5speed.I was wondering if I should put a lighter flywheel and performance clutch,or just put stock back in it.I kinda want to go with performance stuff but not sure what I should use.And if its even worth it on a bone stock 5.0

Re: T5 clutch replacement
i just replaced mine a couple of month's ago . if your just a regular driver with an urge to kick it once and awhile a stock clutch , T.O. bearing , pressure plate is fine . an important thing is inspect teeth on flywheel , and get flywheel re-surfaced . re-surface is a must do that many overlook . many are sorry later . good luck .

I had my clutch done a few yrs ago and they didnt resurface the flywheel,so now it chatters alot and thats why Im thinking of having it done again.
