Looks very similar to my spohn one, but I have the torque arm/crossmember with a loop, and that one is very sturdy.

Did you drill/tap the two rear holes?

i have UMI crossmember mounted arm, the crossmember is similar. Its a well made piece, fit great. and i did tap out the other 2 holes in the subframe

I've read that the metal is 'soft.' Did you torque to spec or simply snug up?

forgot about checking the tap,

the metal is no softer than in the other holes. Maybe if there is a rust issue, you could have problems with the captured nut tearing out.

I didnt torque any of them to spec honestly. Just tightened "properly" by personal feel.

Rubber or poly mount? Vibration issues?

The install will occur early next week I hope. I'll review the piece, with pics at that point.

poly, i have a light vibe at high rpms, but its driveline angle related, been there since i put the tko600 in.

I currently have no issues with poly and my OE mount and its secondary cross member. If the UMI piece is to OE spec in height, I 'assume' all will be good to go.
