B&M Cable with stock shifter?

B&M Cable with stock shifter?
I've searched this and only found the opposite where people use the stock cable with the B&M shifter.
I have a B&M shifter in my car right now, and that's what it had when I bought it. I want to put a stock shifter back in, and I want to know if I can sue the B&M shift cable with the stock shifter. Maybe a picture comparing the ends of the stock cable vs. the ends of the B&M cable? I imagine they're the same.

the b&m shifter has a built in bracket to hold the cable so you would need to mod that. then you have to measure the distance from the pivot to the cable tab. if it isn't the same it will be bad news. i recommend swapping the cable and all the brackets.

Okay I'll probably just look in the junkyard or something for a stock cable. Unless I can figure out how to make this work. Thanks!

Does anybody know if a 4th gen stock shift cable will work in a 3rd gen with a stock shifter and a 700r4?
