Rear end off center

I did a search and did nto find anything. I have a 87 TA WS6 all stock with 49,700 on the clock. I have had the car for about a month and just this weekend I noticed that the rear end is not centered so it seems. I have the PW7 wheels and on the drivers side the rear wheel is about flush with the wheel well lip, but the passwnger side wheel sits in more. The car deos not pull, goes down the road very stright and my buddy was behide me and said there was no dog tracking. So is this normal for a 3rd gen or is something wrong? As far as i know the car has never been wrecked.

Re: Rear end off center

Normal to see on 100% stock 3rd gens, but easily fixed by getting an Adjustable Panhard Bar like.....

UMI isn't the only Seller, but is my first choice for such items.

Re: Rear end off center

Thanks guys, I use to have Stangs and I know for the Fox bodys sit over a 1/2 lower on the passengers side rear so I guess all cars have so sort of odd thing about them. I will look into an adjustable panhard par.

Re: Rear end off center

If the car is lowered then they often get off centered.

Adjustable panhard is required

Re: Rear end off center

An adjustable panhard and LCA's squared the rear under my car.

Re: Rear end off center

Now that we know this is normal does anyone know why it's set up this way or is it something that happens over time?

Get under the car and look at the way the suspension/panhard bar is set up. It will all make sense.

I have been under the car alot, I think I know what you mean if I remember right how it looks under there. Well besides looking a bit funky, I am not going to worry about it right now. I just wanted to make sure there was not something wrong with my car.
