So I was on the highway today and once it shifted into fourth I felt my center console get really hot, I pulled into a parking space and let the car cool for a bit, went to back out of the spot and it stalled as soon as it went into reverse. This car has never once stalled on me until today and I'm pretty sure it's related to the tranny getting hot in fourth. I checked the fluid level and it was right on the line and wasn't burnt. The tranny is a rebuilt 700r4 that I installed four months ago, never had any problems till now, any idea on what's happening?
