AFAIK there isn't anything available for that transmission.
Don't waste your time, money, or effort on it.
A Turbo 350 is essentially a DIRECT plop-in, except for having to relocate the torque arm. MUCH MUCH MUCH eeeeeeeeezier and cheeeeeeeeeper, not to mention less invasive, than a 400. Nothing that you describe seems to indicate that the 400 would be appropriate for your situation anyway; no big block, no heavy car, no towing, and so forth.
I urge you to re-think your plan. Throw the 200 in the trash where it belongs without spending A DIME on it, since every DIME you waste that way, just puts you ONE DIME farther away from your actual goal; and re-adjust your goal to the more sensible thing, a 350.

Go drive a later model F-body with 700-R4. then another. Then another.
Each time, drive around the highway in OD. Then drive in D (third)
Then slap yourself real hard like your Momma shoulda for considering going without overdrive for a day longer than necessary.

I agree with everything sofa said.
The th200c is a useless cause. Nothing you can do to that trans will help. 1st time you put some power and traction to it, it will fail.
A well built th-350 well handle 450-500 HP. We had a local performance trans shop build one for my dad's twin turbo 337 firebird. $565 and our core/case th-350. It's been holding up for over 6 years, no probs.
You are just throwing money away if you do/add anything to the 200c.

Re: TH200c Shift Kit for Performance Street & Racing Car
As a matter of fact, I just finished up a performance 200c build for a 403 powered Cutlass. I used all Alto red eagle clutches and a Shift Technologies (superior) kit. When properly built the 200c will handle way more horsepower than the average street driver is putting down. Not to mention it weighs less than 100 pounds, has less rotational mass than a Powerglide, and a shorter first gear than a TH350. I happen to have 2 spare units I'm hanging onto for future projects.

Call Scott McClay 661-822-8209. He has been specializing in 200's since the mid 1990's. If you want the largest 2nd apply servo made for the 200, I have a couple of them. This is the largest intermediate servo GM ever made. 2.89" apply area. Cover PN 8628134. Apply piston PN 8628112. Will work in any 200/200C/2004R setup.

Re: TH200c Shift Kit for Performance Street & Racing Car
I installed a transgo shift kit in my 200c. While it is not perfect, the kit greatly improved the transmission. I am a bit stubborn, as my car is all original, and while the 200c is definitely not a performance transmission, I plan on keeping the car original. So when it eventually bites the dust, I plan on having it rebuilt and making it stronger. As was stated above, you can make them stronger. But if I did not car about originality, I would have tore it out years ago and installed a 700r4. So think about why you want it. If you don't care about originality, put something in with overdrive.
