Engine: 350 tpi, 305 tpi
Transmission: 700R4-2800 stall, 700R4 stock
T-5 Question
Hey ! My buddy is parting out his 1992 RS. It has a V-6 and a 5 speed. Is this 5 speed a T-5 ? Rock auto has two different transmissions between the V-8 and V-6. They look the same though.
How much should he be asking fore this trans ?

Yes, it is a T-5 but the V8 and V6 transmissions are different.

Yep, different spline count on the input shafts on V8 vs V6
As far as value that's a little harder to say, I'd say do a search for your local area on FB market place, CL, etc. See what other T5's are selling for near you and price accordingly.

They are different your price may vary but V6 transmissions seem a lit cheaper around me
