High line pressure in only “one” manual gear

Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: 700R4
Axle/Gears: 3:42 open diff
High line pressure in only “one” manual gear

I wonder if this is a sign of a problem of why I am having problems with my transmission. In comparison to my other gears

park,neutral,overdrive,manual 3rd= 65psi

reverse= 110 psi

Manual 2nd= 180psi

Manual lo= 120psi

if I were to re-adjust the notches on the tv cable it would therefore increase the baseline pressures at minimum tv cable extension. Could this pressure be caused by un-melted transgel assembly lube causing a restriction and pressure increase a one central location

Here is a attachment of an online chart. It seems that the atsg manual that I have only lists pressure for a 1991 model and does not indicate a chart every model year
