clutch problem need help please

yesterday my clutch was fine then today when i was out driving i noticed that i had to put the pedal right to the floor to get the car to go into gear. i got the car home and looked at the resevour and it was a little low so i topped it up. after that i went in the house then i went out to pick up my brother and i pushed the clutch in to start the car and heard a clunk sound. then i let the clutch out and pushed it in again. there was resistance but the clutch did not disengage. i got out and looked under the car and none of the hydraulic lines were leaking. i have not tried to bleed it yet because it is snowing here. any ideas what happened?

thank you

Paul

Sounds to me like the clutch fork might have bent/broke or the stud is broke.

Just a guess tho.

i started the car with the shifter in first and the clutch right to the floor and it started perfectly. as soon as i let the clutch out a little bit the car started to move. the clutch works just not much

Air bubble in the line, bleed the crap out of it and it should work better.

I'll post this to the TFbM list and see if they have any ideas.
