For all that care....

I raced an 85 TA 5 speed LG4 with 70K tonight....and uh...suprisingly,

I won.

All 4 times.

I ran my car twice and figuring that it might be the driver, I drove his, and although it was closer, my car still pulled out the win.

However, before you get too happy.....after a lil bit past the 1/4, when he was (or me if I was driving the TA) in 4th, he pulled me.

But for 1/4 mile, the white bird was the winner....odd.....

I'm not going to say it's fast....it's not. I'm just suprised that I won against that car. All I have is exhaust and tune-up and a tired 190K engine.

I mean it was an 85 though...they're not that great.

ALWAYS SO NEGITIVE...

Man you beat it, and it had 1/3 the milage yours does. Take pride in the win. I never said the V6 was a rocket either, but it CAN AND DOES beat a few 8's.

I bet you had to go to the bathroom twice , once after the first race and once after the last one . I bet you soiled your drawz the first time you beat him , then the last time when you thought I beat him 4 times !!

Good job, good kill! I really miss my old MPFI 'Bird, I loved driving that thing. The 2.8 pulled unbelievably well.
