Anyone know how fast this really is????

I was on the highway yesterday and i got the car up to the 0 marker on the 140km/h(85mph) speedo, anyone know how fast this is??

about 103, i have had mine to the 10, which is around 115.

Dude, Are you guys serious, or making up stuff.
Sorry to call a bluff, but my old Firebird (87) had a 140 Speedo, and it would not go past 140, I had the dash apart and the needle would not turn any further.

But maybe that is something GM did later on.

no bs'in, maybe it was just your guage??? not too sure. but i know it'll buck at 140 if it's not shifted into the right gear. and wont dip any farther, but if you let the gas out at 120 and floor again it'll keep on a rollin'

Okay.
What I meant was I took my dash apart and turned it by hand and it had something in the guage itself that stopped it at 140. I mean Unless I wanted to try and break the needle I doubt it would turn any further. Thats the only reason I was asking.
