You will do your best dougnuts in an open empty parking lot all by yoursef until the cops stop your fun!
Explain to them you are practicing evasive manuevers on icy roads to "learn" what can happen.
And drive away!
I must admit I did a great doughnut other day.

Never realy did them, cause Corvettes do them different. We have a problem called traction! Rear end squats and grabs to well for "on purpose-command" doughnuts.
Give me a wet road and .....

donuts are fun... so are 180s... mmmmmmmm.... ooonnnneee-eeeeiiiiggghhttyyyyy

I haven't had problems
but one time a camry followed me.
i just finished doing a round of doughnuts and i saw while i was spinning a car with its lights off creeping ever sooooooo slowly... then it started to speed up... so did i!

the only thing i can think that'll hurt your car
is tires... the tires are being killed when you do crazy things like that.
Tire shavings can get everywhere... and who knows what'll happen

I"M SO HAPPY!!! my friend just got his own thirdgen
its a TBI but none the less he got it for 1500 bucks, and the thing is in great condition.
he paid 200 bucks more than another friend of mine, and that other friend has a TPI in horrible condition.

I am the first person to own a thirdgen in my social group... everyone for some reason kind of followed.
oh well.... i have a v6 while the others have a V8
of course i had no choice... my dad...blablalbblabhahahhh

anyways... traction is a funny thing... hehe

You need to talk to revlimit or crazy hawian in the v8 rooms, they do that stuff on porpose and can give you all the details. I do say that if you go out, and get caught doing dounts in a empty parking lot. Say you are getting use to how your car reacts. You just bought it, your young, and what experince for that "just in case, and thought a empty parking lot would be best, not the roads"

Worked for me on break stands, kinda. I had just installed power chip, cop caught me spinning in parking lots at 12:30 in morning. Told him a story, and was one block from the house. He looked at papers, told me to go home, and not to come back out tonight. "YES SIR, BYE"

IN snow and ice there is not too much to worry about.
The only thing I would say is if you do play in the snow try not to do an E-brake slides, or put the e-brake on after when parked, because it could freeze up.
The only other damage is salt in the snow will eat your under gear, but that is only if the road has been salted before you go have your fun.

If it were dry I would worry about causing damage to the spring shackles if they were weak (I know rust plays a big factor on this)As you car begins to go around it twists causing alot of force on the rear assembly. But you said it was wet so I would not worry too much, just make sure everything is within a safe range.
