I read somewhere that the camaro/firebird sales were approx 2-1....seems to me like the firebirds don't get abused nearly as much as the camaros, but that could just be because there are less of them around...

anyways I'm pretty sure someone on here has the production numbers

i think your right there, zer0321. camaro's do seem to get beaten up more, especially the v6's. most of the v6 camaro's around here are beaters, when it comes to firebirds most of the beaters are lg4's

Camaro here...and I see FAR more Camaros than birds around here. Personally I think for Gen 3, Camaros looked better...but for 1st, 2nd, and 4th gen, Firebirds definitely win. Although the 1st gen RS IS very pretty....and the 4th gen SS's are quaint too.

I love the Third gen body for Brids and camaros. they just look like a slicker car than the other gens.
