1992 3.1L, can someone take some pics>>

Can anyone with a 3.1L engine please take some pictures of the sides, top, and front of the engine compartment? I recently aquired a nice 1992 Camaro RS, but the engine had been disassembled. I am rebuilding the motor and need some pics to see where everything mounts on the engine and how the electrical connections are hooked up inside the engine compartment.

Thanks!

PS: If someone can snap some digital pics, then please email them to me at crui1544@bellsouth.net.

I have a 91 3.1l, on my site below I have two pictures on the bay. A really good one of the left valve cover area. I also have a digi cam and can snap pics of very spacific areas if you need. May take a few days to do that though.

Here is a picture of the front of my engine. It is a 1992 Firebird 3.1 liter, and is all stock, except for the 75 HP nitrous kit.

Np, it has some ignition probs right now so I will be under the hood quite a bit in the next few days. Tell me what areas you need and the pics are yours.

Do you have pkzip?? My email company will only let me attach 3 pics at a time. I have quite a few pics on home puter I will send, as well as take whatever pics ya need.

Dale:

The main pics are going to be the wiring for the fuel injection, and where all the brackets bolt to and what order. I wasn't part of the "disassembly crew" so I have no idea what the motor looked like when it was together.

Also I noticed that the throttle cable runs under the upper manifold in one of the pics on your site. That's the kind of stuff I need to know, otherwise I would have had the intake all bolted together and then be trying to figure out how to get the throttle cable to connect. So if you could just snap some real close-up shots of the sides and top of the intake manifold and distributor, that'd be great.

Thanks again...

I will hunt some pics down for you in a bit. Its fixing to storm bad here so I can't go take fresh pics tonight.

The fuel rail/injectors is going to be hard due to the intake design. I have a 3.4l at home that as a similar rail I will take pics of and send to ya.

Btw, the fuel lines and tranny cable also go UNDER the intake.

Don't mind the CAI, it's the SLP aftermarket one.
Best of luck!
