What do you mean by "skipping"? Many possible meanings.. Chugging, lurching, bucking, misfiring, etc.
Does it do it during acceleration? Any check engine lights? Does hard acceleration make the problem go away? Any cruise throttle/deceleration problems?
Gotta get specific bro!

Plug the light back in and check your codes..see if you get anything besides O2 sensor codes. Otherwise, you'll be running around in circles changing parts out trying to solve the problem when the solution MIGHT be right under your nose.
Pick up coil is down in the distributor somewhere..not sure where....I think mine on the Camaro was trashed, but the car never acted up...I just had no operating tach. Needle never went below, maybe, 5000 rpms...tapped the gas and it spiked past 7000. Friends of mine always laughed and yelled "She's gonna blow!"
Where is your exhaust leak at?
