yes, there are many more parts available for these v6s than most people think. any cam for a 2.8/3.1/3.4 will work. crane makes some cams for these motors, i think edlebrock makes one or two, and there might be a couple of other out there too. what are you looking to do with the car? any kind of racing or what?

looking at those cams makes me want to build a 3.4 full race engine and drop it in another well built thirdgen. can't have too many v6 thirdgens:lala:

I'm using the Melling MTC-5 kit - $115 @ Autozone.

 

I like Dowards cam for two reasons, 1. the price 2. you dont have to order it and wait for it to come. Drive to autozone and you got it..........

 

autozone MIGHT not have it sitting on the shelf though. i say this just because cams for these engines are not real popular items.

 

Big correct there... in some stores, it's a special order - but I got mine the next day, no extra charge!
