Question for the pro's
I got code 34 on my car(maf)did everything to fix that even changed the maf,but still the same.
I got my chilton's book and decided to check it out.i got the part that says "connect test light between harness connector terminals "a " and " c " i got the lights on and the book says falty maf sensor connection or sensor.
It doesn't say how to fix it.Anyone has any idea how can i fix it?

Make sure the wires in the pigtail aren't crossing. You've prolly got a wiring problem.

Yes, get a dmm (digital multimeter) and check for continuity between terminal 'a' and 'c' with the connector unplugged from the sensor. Also, check the terminals for any signs of corrosion. I don't think thats the problem since I believe that 34 is for too high of signal detected from the MAF. But I could be wrong there, I know there is one code for too high of a signal and another for too low of a signal (codes 33 and 34). Too high I would look for a short and too low I would look for increased resistance (ie corrosion, damaged wire, damaged terminals in connector at MAF or ECM).

Do you have the old MAF? If so, plug it back in and see if it resets the old code. If it does, I would say that the new one you got is either defective or not the right one for your car. Also, did you use a K&N filter on the car? If oil from the filter (or any other dirt or debris) covers the sensor in the MAF, that would generate a low signal.

So i got the right one but still the same code even if i change to the old one.I was wondering if you guys can check one thing for me.I diconected the relay near the battery and found that a brown wire has power all the time the other wire that has power is the pink/blk one but only with the ignition on.Is that right for yours cars.If not i have to check the wire from the front after the relay all the way to the back.
By the way i heard that maf has two relays.I found one near to the battery but the other i can't find.I found three on the left side of the car near to the power brakes but i don't know with one is?

Only MAFs with a burn off circuit will have two relays. The burn off circuit was used in V8 cars as far as I know. The relays by your brake booster are for the fan, fuel pump and a/c. Your question about power to the wires is fine. As long as you have power to the brown and pink/black when the vehicle is running, you will be fine. So now you have the same code regardless of which MAF is plugged in? If so, check ALL connections and wires.

i checked all the wires and found nothing wrong, check the volts on terminal "b" and got 5v.So i think something else is triggiring the code 34.I'll check all the wires on the car,i know something is wrong because my cooling fan has a bypass on it near the relay the yesterday i changed the small sensor under the tb(hope the fan is going to start on auto mode today.
it has a new relay.

Nope.. thermal switch for the cooling fan is in the back corner of the passenger side cylinder head.

as i told before it works all the time with the ignition on
i guess my car doesn't have that thing (i forgot the name)underneath it to help the cooling sistem or to make the air getting to the radiator
(air dam i think it's the name)

Did it run not before you had these electrical problems? I must have missed the part about it running all of the time, I don't see it in the post. But anyways, not having the air dam will have the same effect. Especially in stop and go traffic.

It's for the ECM. The gauge sending unit is on the front corner of the drivers side cylinder head.

TechSmurf is right; that sensor's gotta be back there. You might have to move a ton of crap to see it, though. Should have a single green wire coming from it... or is that purple? Shoot, can't remember. But yeah, it's at the rear, outermost corner of the passengerside head.
As for the two you're seeing under the TB, yes, one is the cold start switch; the other is the CTS (coolant temp sensor).
