Autozone but think mine was cheaper then $80 [$60] but it was a few years back. They are also the ones who told me that I had to unhook my battery before pluging in the new one. actualy he said before you unplug or plug one in, unhook it. If I didn't, they would not take it back, if it was bad.
Could just be overly safe but Its no big deal. I listen to CDs

$70 US at Advance Auto Parts. $15 core charge, if you don't take the old one in with you.
Or take your chances with one from a junk yard.

I bought mine at AutoZone. Think it was $50-$70. I don't recommend them, though. The first one was bad from day 1, and only lasted 1 month. The second one is okay, but I don't think it performs as good as it should. They only come with a 90 day warranty, so be prepared to buy new ones frequently.

Go get it at Autozone.com, free shipping now!!! I tell you something, the other day I went to a "Camaro Firebird Store" that I looked up through superpages.com, it was a junkyard that wanted me to pay 50 USD for a used MAF sensor, that was funny.
Now, they are going to charge you some bucks for the core, until you return it to them. It is easy, they will send you a label so you put it in the same box that you received the remanufactured MAF sensor, and they will put that credit in your debit/credit card. So, tell me, how did you notice that your MAF sensor was not properly working?
