i want to make my V6 faster. what parts do i need? i got a shift kit. i have had it up to about 125 and that is fast enough. i want a stoplight racer? what parts do i need to get to make it faster off the line. i used to have a 5.7 iroc but warped it around a pole and now i have a V6 with the posi disk in the back and shift kit from it.
so what other motor parts can i get to make it faster? ty please reply if u know any way i can:hail:

 

Welcome to the boards. The search button will help a lot with figuring out what to do. In February you can get one of Doward's turbo kits and that'll probably be the best thing for getting the power you're hoping for.

 

Im assuming you dont have the Iroc anymore ..
would have been a perfect donor..

Bigger gears will help off the line, which do you have ?
you could get a cam for it ..
port & polish the heads ..

How much are you willing to spend ?

 

There's quite a bit you can do, really.... but yes, a turbo, or nitrous, will be the quickest you can do to make it substantially faster!

If you wrapped your Iroc around a pole, maybe you dont need the car to go faster. Just make it look nice maybe?

Well I never met any one who put thier car into a poll intentionaly!

To answer your question, it all depends. At some point pedstrians, including kids depending on age, need to learn to take responsablity for thier actions. I drive 85 - 110 (depending on witch site I go to) one way every day. I see a lot of stupid crap, and that BS about the pedestrians all ways having the right of way needs to change.

If any one has ever taken thier child by the hand jay walking accross a busy express way, you need to be shot. Set an EXAMPLE!!!
