Wonderbar !!!
well, installed my wonderbar a few days ago. went on easy, just one hitch. i had a radiator hose in the way, the monderbar would have cut the flow in half. in order to solve this problem i had to remove the lower fan mounting bracket, grind of the plastic hose guide and put it back in. this allowed the hose about an extra inch and a half of travel toward the front of the car. it is still slightly pushed on, but not enough to do any harm.
i HAD a bunch of pictures of this, but my oldschool SONY MVC-FD83 (the one that takes pictures and floppy discs) corupted a disc and now i don't have the photos. man i hate this old camera. but i keep it around because it takes AWSOME photos. like these two of my completed wonderbar instalation that were on a seperate non corrupted disc.
i also at the same time ground out the area under my stock airbox location ( i of course no longer have a stock airbox) but those pictures are also gone.

ah the tds v2 wonderbar, i got mine and installed it over a year ago, first mod to my car.
its definatly noticable if you do alot of cornering, the front of the car is like a rock now.

on street driving and such you won't notice a thing, i didn't.
but when i'm at work i have to go down 4 levels in underground parking, before the wonderbar the front end felt "looser" now its solid.

around 50 plus shipping.
I have the TDS V1 which is a direct duplicate of gm's version. One of the first mods on the car.
Steering felt tighter, and so did the cornors. Well 50 invested. Debating on getting V2 and selling V1.

well i took the country roads home last night.
80MPH around 45MPH corners = noticed a difference.
the only thing i can feel now is sidewall flex. i felt like i was one with the car. i can't wait to make my strut tower bar.
TransAmMike--> the purpose of the wonderbar is to take the two front frame rails that are only connected by the radiator mount and join them GOOD. this prevents fram flex.
"what is so bad about a little frame flex?" well a few things.
thing 1: it is not tuneable. suspension movement is tuneable
thing 2: in this case it actually changes the ratio of your steering, causing greater tire wear, looser feel in the steering and in some extreme cases the cracking of the steering box mount.
having dropped about $600 in to my suspension system i can say it is the first $$ you should spend on suspension.

awesome. im definitely gonna invest in one of those. my steering is already incredibly loose, which is probably a result of the tires needing air, but who knows.
any recomended websites where i can get one for a good price?

I just took the funny little support bracket off and cut the lower radiator hose a few inches shorter to eliminate the bend and it fit on without crushing.
Its a good thing you barely noticed a difference when addind one. Its not suppose to improve any perfomance, its suppose to further supposrt the frame section from weakening behind the steering box over years and cracking. Its cheap insurance and manditory if adding the 16" factory rims and spirted driving. The skinnier 15" rims just don't put enough lateral pressure grip on the frame section to ever warrant the frame cracking (at least I personally have never heard or seen a car with factory 15" size tires cracking on. I have seen countless 16"rim and larger cars with this problem because they generally have wider and better quality traction tires.

my car had fourteens until recently, 15s now. also, the slight difference could be in my head. the only thing i have ever done that i realy noticed a differnce on was the intake (via guages) and the wheel berings. oh, and brakes and tires of course.
