One must accept a certain fact with this swap.
1993 to 1995 is how many years ago.
Add the average of 12,000 to 15,000 miles driven per year.
Remember this is now 2005.
That adds up to LOTS of high milage 3.4 cores out there awaiting rebuilding.
Low milage not necessary to rebuild 3.4s are scarce. Harder to score with each passing year, too.
New crate 3.4s are more scarce.
That 3.4 is out there if ya play the patience game.
You'll have to be very creative to score the local to ya low milage 3.4 swap boogie dance partner!

Karl (KED85) ment Intake manifold or MPFI. FYI, Karl passed away in a car accident a few years back now. He and I were friends and hung out a few times. I actually thought of him recently since I was just involved in a very serious car accident myself here about 1 1/2 weeks ago- Motorcycle fatality, two guys racing bikes through a canyon and overshot a highspeed corner across the doubleyellow at me- I dived into the turnout missing the first and the wecond still chased me across my dside of the road and off into the dirt turnout where he died on impact. My truck is totaled- I am fine physically.Anyways- Karl is still missed.
