If it runs and the floor is solid, then $300 is a steal. If your Dad still doesn't think so, then smack him.

lol @ the above post. Yea $300 is a steal. In all honesty how much do you really think you can talk him down to. Think bout it.

Just don't go and buy it tho. Make sure you see and hear it starting up and running. Check all fluids before starting it tho. Do the good ol bondo check by knockin around the body. Ask if the T-Top leaks or not. If possible get a hose and run water on it and see if it does or not. Ask when the last tune-up was etc. etc. I'm sure you get the picture now.

For $300....if it runs and lasts two months, then you still got your moneys worth.

IDK, to just drive around until it dies, maybe-then part it. I just wouldn't purchase it with the intent to fix it up. For the $ you'd put into it you could have so much more and a V8.

The front bumper is worth about $300, if its in perfect shape. That car is a steal.

Thanks for the input guys, I have a lt1 and turbo 400 trans to go into it. I just need a wiring harness and I'm set. The under body is mint with no rust, there is a few minor dings, I's going to look at it tonight and see how well it runs and drives. Ill keep you guys posted
