2.8l vac leak

Ok I know the pic isn't very good but my car is buried under snow right now. So anyway I have a leak right here.

There are 3 holes, and only 2 lines. Now I want to know is there suppose to be a 3rd line and if so where does it go? If not what's the best way to plug it? I have a screw right now, but it's not fully screwed in.

the third holes is bigger, and there should be a rubber plug in the end of it.
