Proven N/A power Combos

I was thinking, instead of every one posting how do I's and then every one else replying search! why not just have every one post what they have done to their NA motor and list your ET and/or HP before and after. I think that this would be a good sticky type list. Leave the turbo stuff to the turbo threads though, along with nitrus, I want this to be NA only. I dont have a combo my self to speak of yet (I have the engine and car, just need to build it. kinda why I made this post, I want some ideas.)

Re: Proven N/A power Combos

The problem with that is that 99% of the people here don't dyno/time their cars before a mod. For that kind of list to work, there either has to be timeslips or dyno graphs to back up the claims...butt dynos lie on a regular basis.

If there are enough people who get on board with this though and have the proof to back up their claims, I'll be happy to make it a forum sicky for all to read.

Let me know the interest guys...only you can make this happen.

I may go to the dyno when I get my motor built. It probably won't be anytime soon since I'm not in a hurry with the motor.

yea, I knew time slips/dyno pulls would be the key factor. there should be enough people here that have time slips this shouldnt be to hard.

One I think we can all agree on; the 3.4 liter short block from a 4th gen (or the GMPP 3.4 HT s-10 replacement engine)...

After you've got your bigger block, now you can go nuts with the rest!!

Re: Proven N/A power Combos

I was in the high 15's... 15.9 was my fastest with an auto, i had a cam swap, ported to **** intake, custom K&N intake with 3in piping, gutted cat, 2 1/2 back from there with a resonator, tons of weight reduction, MSD 6AL and other MSD ignition products, advanced the timing, ASP pully... Open up the exhaust and intake and start taking crap outta your car like the 12in subs you dont need and itll be alot quicker.. Find AM91 and talk to him, hes got the fatsest N/A Camaro V6 on these boards..
