Bad Miss!!!!!
i have a 90 camaro 3.1 has been sitting for about 5-10 years put new distributer modual new plugs new wires new fuel pump and new belt. now sometimes while its driving you can feel it miss or when yo stomp it it completley misses. checked computer it was fine checked cam timing it was fine. any ideas wat it could be?

If it sat that long wouldn't hurt to throw on a new fuel filter and run some 93 OCTANE to really clean out that fuel system.....Good luck!

forgot to say but sometimes wile driving the sevice engine light will go off and on. i also checked injectors they were fine.

With the check engine light coming on and going off while driving your knock sensor may not be connected securely. When an ear on my knock sensor connector broke it was just hanging and would cause the check engine light to come and go. When the light was on it would retard the timeing and make the car run like crap.

run car in the dark with hood open, look for spark leaks, then mist with water to see if that make it worse or...........

If you see blue sparks at night when you look under the hood at night the wires are cracked and letting the spark gound before it reaches your plugs. The knock sensor, if I remember correctly is on the passengers side of the block below the exhaust manifold. You will have to be under the car to get to it.
