I rebuilt a 1991 3.1l firebird and, I am having a problem finishing it up. I bought the Chilton 82-92 camaro/firebird repair manual book but the vacuum diagram they have doesn't match my firebird does anyone have any vacuum diagrams for a 3.1lv6 fuel injected 1991? or helpful pictures. this is about the best picture i have and it isn't that useful. What I mean by pictures is of where hoses start and end. particularly the hoses that come off the plug in the back of the throttle body, upper air intake's rear end, and what hoses attach to the charcoal cannister. anything you can give me I will be VERY thankful for. Also there are some palstic hoses running off a little plastic piece on the firewall I will circle it in the picture below in yellow i need to where the plastic hoses run from that thing.

That thing is a MAP sensor(manifold absolute pressure). hose should go to intake.

 

just looked at my bird the map is conected to rear of the upper intake.

 

thank you does the purge line from the charcoal canister empty in the passenger fender?

 

you have a hose goes to the fuel pressure regulator that goes to the back of the throttle body and the map sensor goes to a port on back of the upper intake,also you have a vac line(from the back of the throttle body) going to the evap cannister to the passenger side,there is a third port on the block that is blocked as it is not used.Your cruise control shares a port on the back of the intake with the hot water valve,there is a check valve on that line before it goes into the port.
