I've got an Accel Super Coil, and was wondering if i can overgap my plugs now, i was also wandering what gap you guys are finding the best performance with.

They were very conservatively gapped even stock. I've been running mine at .055 (stock .045) since I did the plugs the first time a few years ago, with a stock coil, and never had a miss. I just put the accel 300+ system in last spring, so when I do my plugs again (hopefully in my new 3.4), I"ll step it up to .06 or so.

When I "just" had the Accel Supercoil, I tried regapping my plugs to 0.050" and 0.055". I noticed an improvment with 0.050, but the car seemed to bog with 0.055. The exhaust smelled stronger with both gaps- when I go thru emissions again in 2002, I'll regap 'em to stock. Of course every car's different, you'll have to experiment.
