easily confused, spark plug help?
Hey, so a combination of my dad and the manual confused the hell out of me. Just a quick question, is this how the spark plugs should be wired? Obviously not straight over the intake manifold, but to each cylinder.
Thanks!
Thanks!

That's the plugs should go in, as for 84CAMARO's question the stock ac delco plugs will do just fine.

Re: easily confused, spark plug help?
AC delcos are the best plugs for our engines.
Re: easily confused, spark plug help?
AC Delco recommended three times? I will get the "Normal" AC Delco plug. NON-Platinum, id imagine.
Also 8MM wires, maybe strengthen up that spark a bit w "new" dist/cap? I had a car that had a CRACKED dist.. and made the car run like many things were wrong.
hEAT RANGE? :d

Re: easily confused, spark plug help?
Does your car still have the emissions label? It should have the exact plug number printed on it. As for heat range, unless you have a problem with oil(white chaulky deposits) on plugs, stay with the recommended plug#. If you do have an issue with oil deposits, short of overhaquling the motor, you can move up one heat range. Be aware, you may run into detonation and/or fail smog test for high NOX if you go too hot.
