CAM in a 3.1L V6

how much would I gain in HP if I put a tame CAM in my Camaro and what would I lose in MPG, and same question if I put in roller rocker arms.

Roller tip rockers would work great.
They would easily fit under the valve covers. 1.52 would be very advantageous
NOW go get the factory 3.4 cam.
Designed by Crane Cam, new springs (to match the potential for 6500RPMs)
You can get that cam from the FWD east west 3.4's!
Our cars use a north south engine.
