anyone with hi-perf coil...
i got a accel coil the other day and i went to go put it on my car, but i couldnt find a way to get the coil bracket off, because the EGR valve was in the way of one of the bolts. anyone have any suggestions on taking the coil bracket off?

Here's what I did.
I put the coil, on the firewall, by the distributor.
Mount it in that thing?
I threw mine away, when I did my swap.

IF you do not break the gasket, nope.
IF ya did, go to the parts store & just get exhaust gasket stuff, smear on the gasket.
Slap it back together.
I NEED THE ACCEL WEBSITE ADDRESS.
Does your packaging have it?
THANKS!

Why don't you put the Accell coil inplace of the OEM coil?Thats what I did.I removed the rivits that held the OEM coil. The screw holes on your Accell coil will match perfectly to the holes on the coil bracket.

Yea I did the same thing as kevin, the crane coil comes with 2 screws so you can mount it on the stock bracket.
BTW the coil does nothing for power.
