Go-Go Juice mix

I was wondering if this would make my car go faster.
What if I added model aircraft fuel into my gas tank. The fuel is nitro methenol which I believe is simular or same as what they use on top fuel dragsters. Lets say I made a 10% mix, would that make my engine run too hot or cause other damage?

Ever read the warnings on the side of the bottle that state do not let it get into contact with rubber, unless its made for nitro? Not only that but the nitro that is used to power the small engines is extremly explosive. Ever seen it burn? i am assuming ya have as ya asked the question. It burns invisable - clear burn, very hot and very fast. Upto you but, you'll first blow your engine skyhigh OR you will lose every gasket and or seal from the tank to the intake.

one word mothballs... they increase the methanol content safely. They will not eat out the rubber, they will give you a little power. I have added about 1/2 a box at a time and felt some strong gains. They also dramatically increase the octane levels...

mothballs do nothing for octane boost. i have a article from chevy magazine that did tests to see if there were any gains and it showed none.also when you say moth ***** you should say what kind cause the article says the wrong kind of moth ***** and youre engine will be screwed. im just saying what the article said!

Hey bird, yes ive seem nitro burn. It doesnt durn invisible. And it doest burn fast eather. Ive pored some of the 15% mix into a lid off a pickle jar and lit it on fire. It burns much slover than regular gas but has a more of a bluesh/clear look. But not invisible.
Also if you were to stick a finger in the lid and get some nitro on your finger it would burn for a little and wouldnt burn you.

yes, add nitros oxide in a kit form, from nos industries, works fine, last a long time. no more than 125hp in an otherwise stock engine, or you will get the chance to upgrade your bottom end, while you catch the bus to work for a couple of weeks

Yes I see what your saing now but what if I mixed 90% and 10%nitro. This way there would be enouth nitro to blow up the engine.

One more questoin. what is a mothball.

10% nitro with 90% castor? eekkkk what a mess... i would assume the castor oil or linseed oil would be burned off instantly but i am not sure of what the power output is on the nitro. Altho is makes a OS 120SC run damn good in 4 cycle form heheheheeh. I would think you could inject it into the TB on demand, i just thing the NOS route is a better choice.

Why use Nitro when you can get Methehol like C.A.R.T. Runs, it's not as cheap but it burns cleaner.
