You dont need to buy anything if you want the loudest and most obnoxious sound possible. Just unbolt your cat converter where it meets the i-pipe. Simple as that.

Mods: Hpertech chip and powerstat, MSD 6A-L, Crane fireball coil, Accel Cap and Rotor, Dynomax hi-flow cat and catback system with a dynomax magnum race bullet muffler on the i-pipe, K&N filterchargers, Gutted Air Boxes, 8mm Wires, Eibach Sportlines and Tokiko springs/shocks setup, Global west sub frames, Suspension techniqs front and rear sway bars, and good ole 88 IROC wheels with Kumo Ecstas on em!

just do what i did and go over a speed bump to fast and break the pipe right after the cat. even though it is obnoxious after awhile it sounds kinda cool when you floor it then let off real quick and it backfires some, like your runnin open headers. Anyways i have a 80 series and i love the way it sounds every one is always askin me if its a 350 and when i tell them its a 6 they tell me it sounds like an 8, its kind of temping to just say yes. The 80 series flowmasters were made for our thirdgens in case you didnt know, i researched before i bought mine last year, i dont have any intentions of getting rid of it.

------------------
91 Blue RS with ASCD SS hood w/hood pins, Flowmaster 80 series w/3 inch dual exhaust, K&N, Hypertech Power Chip, Bosch Platinum wires and plugs, rebuilt transmission with shift kit.

Soon to be added:
Z28 spoiler.(to compliment the ram air hood)
New paint.(black with orange stripes)
A 3.4L V6.(WOOHOO!!)

Official Kills:
80something Monte Carlo SS(had 5 people in it)
New Civic(Blew him away)
Ford Splash(Souped up somehow, he was chirpin every shift)
Late 90's Crustang

I got the 80 series and its loud. And doesnt really have that rice sound to it at all. Ive had many compliments from people about my car. But ill soon have my 92 Z but hopefully i can keep the RS. Cause i just love that car. Oh and i done have anything else but the muffler. No high flow cat or anything like that. And i think my cat cloged also.
