92 Camaro 3.1L dies in drive at 25 mph when warm
Just purchased a 92 Camaro 3.1L cheap. I knew there was an issue with the car when purchased, and this was it would die and flux between 5g and 0 and die. This is after the car is warm. Replaced the Computer, tuned up, changed plugs, and distrib. Still is happening..... What could be the issue. Could it be the Chip, or EGR? Anyone please help, TECH said that they cant find anything wrong!

Would say IAC but It'll pop a code(I know from experiance) Vacuum leak sounds like it... as you rev higher does it run fine? If so then yes theres a major leak somewhere. As you rev higher the vacuum goes away and gets closer to absolute Atmospheric pressure. SO it dies just under 25-27 but above that it's fine?. I would read the codes and double check just to be sure. Does it do it just under load?
You were correct Camaro_hunter_d, it was the IAC. Had it replaced and BAM! not a problem any more. It just sucks that when you replace that you are required to place it back on the computer and get the idle set again. But its fixed and I can move on to some more items.
Thanks for the assistance.
