Have fun with the Nova bud. If i'm not mistaken, 74 is the more boxy style right??? Better sleeper car than previous style.

Sorry to see you sell it. You know they only go up in value... '74 huh? My dad had a '71. Dark Blue, black vinyl top, Cragar mags, wide ole tires in the back, air shocks, (I think) 3 speed. He had that when he was my age. It had a 307 and whipped a 350. Before I got my car I was looking for a '71 for me and my dad to fix up. He kinda misses it. Have fun with it and hope to see ya around!

yea, it was a deal i couldnt refuse. Its in awesome shape and motor has less than 500 miles on it, it has a/c that needs to be hooked up, etc. Runs like new, and all the girls LOVE it. SO im like.. sure. ill definentely still be on the board. BTW..when i move out to the mid west a little later next year, im gonna get a few thirdgens, and hope to be the only street legal 2.8 then! hehe.. wait until its done! BTW..yea 74 is more shaped like a box, but it looks bad *** .

Hey Graeme good luck with the Nova .My first car was a 1974 Nova SS . Thats been 16 years ago and I'm still kicking myself in the *** for rolling it (completely totaled).
Man I miss that car , 3 speed manual in the floor with the built in guage console, rally wheels, built in tach, and 350 power that could whoop some butt.
Gotta go ,gotta get some towels to wipe the tears from my face.

Wow Graeme, didn't think you'd do it! (I thought you'd come to your senses!) Just joking, and yeah, stick around in here!

My girlfriend's mom has a '73 Nova that me and my buddy are dying to work on; problem is, our schedules fight each other; and we're not about to work on the car at 9:30 PM! Hey, know where I can get a rear 1/4 for that kind of car? '73 was a bastard year; isn't '74 the same problem? A body panel up to 1972 won't fit, and a body panel after 1975 won't fit. It's gotta be a '73.

Gm restoration parts! They have everything! i need to order a fender from them too, and also get a windshield put in, but besides that the nova is cherry. If you need more info on parts tom, email me privately.
