Bender is on the way!

I ordered the bender today. They said it could take up to 10 days to get here. I will keep you guys posted. BUT they have to make the madrel die. I called them last week (To make sure they had both ready to ship)and they said they had one so I told them I would order both at the same time, so what do they go and do? SELL IT!. Anyway 2 weeks for that. So by the time I get the bender set up the die should be a few days behind. Just keeping you guys posted. And I got a job putting up pole barns , But the good thing with that is I was looking at building a pole barn garage, So at least I can get it dirt cheap and put it up my self!

I was really hoping to have had this stuff alot sooner, but $hit happens.(loose job....unemployment won't pay...) anyway thats whats going on now. Just FYI and my promise to keep you guys posted.

Alright! Are you going to make the ones with the egr? I haven't been paying attention too much with the headers and stuff so if you have said you were, I'm sorry.

I called them today and they said I should have the bender friday(Yes tomarrow) I nor they they realize it would be coming from central Indiana REAL CLOSE to me. BUT the DIE has to come from florida and they are "several weeks" back ordered according to the guy I talked to. I also am ordering a REALLY odd ball sized one so that does not help. I asked the guy to keep me posted on the progress so I will forward the info to you guys.

What size are the headers going to be? Im guessing 2.5" how close am I???? Anyways how big are the stock headers? My catback is 2.5" but the headers look way smaller.

1.25 ID Primaries so 1 3/8 OD. The scavangers are 1 7/8 outlet. The way I am going to design the cross over is 1 7/8 inlet to a 2 inch main and when the 2 come togeather go to a 2 1/2. BUT the cross overs will be a ways off. I have to get a set installed in my car first so I can get the angles and everything.

P.S. I never thought I'd say this but I am going back to school(Collage)... ARGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHH anyway I am going and getting a 2 year degree in computer networking engineering. At grad time I will have 4 different certificates (Along with the degree) to help me get that $$$$$$. LOL...

Yes I remember the way you want them Dead. I got the bender today The assembly instructions left alot to be desired but I think I have it togeather right. It looks that way anyway. I am still waiting on the die. The damn thing almost gave me a hernia tring to pick it up!. It was a relatively small box that weighed 90 pounds! if not more.

I also get started on my 2 years at collage fore my Computer Networking Engineer MONDAY!! This has been a hellova past 3 days.
