The pictures look like a good design, but I would e-mail or call them ask if the top part comes along with it. If you have the coffee can style air intyake setup you will need to pick up the top end from a scrap yard and use a pice of hose or pipe to fill in the empty spot ware the MAF would have been.

You will definetly see improvment at around 2000 - 2500 RPM and up.

One other note. This setup will not work on a Firebird. The hood wont clear it.

I know the guy rather well. He lives about 15 mins away from me and I have gotten a few things from him. Very nice guy and you can trust him. The setup doesn't come with the TPI intake its just the sheet metal parts. Atleast thats what I got when I asked him about them. Sorry I just dont think I could pay $150 for sheet metal. I will suffer with the 2hp difference.

haven't seen any for firebirds yet...key word YET

I emailed the guy and he said it does just include the sheet metal and you have to have your own lower airbox to cut up and the price is $100 now

Quit being lazy. Go out side, pop the hood and start looking for the place that would have the best air flow. Then figure out how you could get air from there into a intake. Its not hard I promise.

http://87tagta.tripod.com/coldair.htm there take a look at that.

Thank you. The most i've ever seen done to a Firebird intake is a K&N cone. Woohoo. Being wintertime in Canada i'm not too pumped about goin outside and thring to brainfreez, er storm ideas up. Did you notice any performance increases from that setup?
