Jet chip to help stalling issue

I have a 1986 Camaro with a 2.8l v6 with 48k on it. I am having a cold start and stall and a bog when cold. I have read the bulletin about a updated e-prom from GM for this fault. I know that that might be hard to find now. My question is would a Jet chip fix that fault since it is a updated E-prom? Has anyone tried that before.

1227302 ecm ?
not sure if the jets would address the issues.
it would depend on what broadcast code they started with.
you might try a 87 or early year 88 tune. 89 had vats and I think on the 2.8 eliminated the 7th injector.

whats the current broad cast code on your prom ?

I don't know what the code is on my chip, I will have to pull it out and check. I ordered the Jet chip anyway it can't hurt.

The broadcast code on your chip will identify its application and reveal if the are any service bulletins associated with the tune.
I wouldn’t expect much out of a jets chip
