I'll get more pic when the engine swap is done, and I get headliner material to match the interior.
And what's wrong with the stock wheels? they came free w/the car!
AS far as the heads go, the pontiac heads ARE that much bigger, and about 30 lbs heavier too

But Im not paying that much for wheels I think its just ridiculous to pay that much .But to each his own , if someone reading this has expensive aftermarket wheels on their car more power to ya , looks better than my stockers I know ! ...Unless its ghetto !

Thosse new wheels are the ones I got the bird for x-mas. Only paid $100 for all 4 w/tires
(only 3 center caps though
)
The seats are that beige/brown color, the seat covers were free & just happened to match the headliner. The headliner I got was red, & the only one that wasn't for a t-top.
I'll repair rust & keep the car the "FROST BEIGE" it is. sleeper color
The car is origonally from MI (no front liscence plate). no posi, but med suspension option w/14" wheels. odd.
I took off the muffler tonight, it's just as rusted as the cat & I-pipe. the only good thing about the exdhaust, besides being out, are the tail pipes.

Why is it that Firebirds with those wheels only have 3 center caps? It's like something GM designed, to have one center cap fall off/get stolen and have three remain. I know I have four, but that's only after we replaced one after it fell off and got run over and shattered to pieces.

I got it at the GM dealer in Van Nuys. You have to buy the cap AND the Firebird Medallion! Just another way for GM to make money off our old cars. Total cost: $31, and 2 weeks wait for shipping. TIP: Superglue the medallion to the cap when you get it.

The JC Whitney caps have smaller centers so the original emblems don't work. I "modified" a set of aftermarket caps to work using a drill and sanding discs. Classic industries should have the emblems

an update for those wanting NEW centercaps WITH the bird!!!!!!!!!! Went to Traders World last week, an indoor/outdoor flea market.. This dude has NEW centercaps, silver & gold birds with metal locking clips for $15 each. Also has the 2nd gen bird caps chromed for same price. birds are red or black. I know what I'll be getting soon
If anyone needs a hook up, actual price + actual shipping + packageing material if any cost (I'm resourceful). There will be a finders fee, but will be used for gas money
