Hey man, was your V6 stick? Did it have POSI, how'd you get both tires spinning? I'm askin cause I have a stock V6 92 RS soon to have a flowmaster exhaust and CAI, you think i will be able to spin my tires? by power breaking or just mashing the gas? would it be possible to spin both tires, or just one?.........I don't have POSI.
Thanks for your help, Ted

One was after I convinced some guy in a old school Chevy truck to do a burnout, and all I heard was *ca tunk* and it spit the driveshaft out lol. So I felt bad and had to give him a smoke show, he couldn't believe both tires turned.

My car is an auto too, and if I brake burn for more than 10 seconds, both tires kick in. Do not ask me why but they do. I have had the car leave 2 short black marks on 3 or 4 occasions.

Ive heard of people Thinking that they had an "open" rear end and when they went to install a Posi unit theyfound a severely Worn out Posi unit. But i have a v-6 FireBird and its got an open rear end. And i doubt that a truck thats less than 2 years old would have a worn Posi. And sinc eyou say that it has an Open rear end I have no clue what could cause both tires to smoke
This happens to me if I really lay into it, but I just drop the clutch it doesn't leave 2 marks. My theory is that I'm just draging the tire along for a ride. I know I don't have posi, becuase I got the car bone stock and the '92 RS v6 did not come with a posi.

I've got the posi (84 3.73/posi/disc axle), and can leave two burn marks. I've gotta dump these P275/60r15 tires this summer; then I can have some real fun!

Hey Tom what town you live in in central jersey? I live in northern jersey. My parents also have a shore house in south jersey on the bay right across from Long Beach island.
