paint matched accents on 92 wheels

paint matched accents on 92 wheels
Hello I have 91-92 camaro wheels on my car. They have the stock finish with the grey accents. The clearcoat is starting to peel and they will need refinished soon. I was thinking of painting the accents Pacific Green to match the car. I have only saw them painted the factory colors red gray and white. What are peoples opinions of this should i play it safe with the gray or paint match them??? any pics of this out there?

I say go for it. Don't have a "cookie cutter" car. Make it yours &unique.

Okay right on. im in the process of putting 91-92 ground effects on it, I think it will look good. heres a pic. its real dirty.

If they are just 2 grooves, not 1 U-shaped groove, lemme know & I'll fix the 'chop. Ben a long time since I've paid any attention to those wheels.

go for it, body color accents, on wheels, rarely look bad.
