What lugs are you guys using when you get aftermarket rims? I don't want locking lugs just a kit to replace the stock lugs that have the black caps and are all rusty.

Re: Lugnuts
If they have the black caps, what difference does the rust make? Any auto parts store has replacement nuts.

Re: Lugnuts
Well I've got all new rotors, spacers and rims so it doesn't make sense to bolt the rusty lugs back on. As for the caps I don't know if it will look right with the vette rims plus that's one less thing I have to put on/take off.

Re: Lugnuts
Newbie what he was saying is. He wants to get rid of the stock lug nuts and caps.
Um basically you find the nuts that fit and put them on. I run black chrome mcgard lug nuts on my car. 12mm x 1.5 they seat what they call acorn style...
I hated taking off the lug nut caps, then the lug nuts, then lug nut locks..

Re: Lugnuts
Just go to your local auto parts store and ask for chrome lug nuts that will fit your car. Or you could order a set from Summit Racing on line. = http://www.summitracing.com/parts/MCG-64002/
