Making some power!

The ol 400ci motor is making some power... Enough to destroy my 12 bolt. I broke thr ring and pinion gears, here is a small video of the launch.

When you can grenade a 12 bolt you know you're getting some decent power.

Congrats, I guess.

Not fun to break stuff but kinda like a medal of honor. Like the first time you get asked to leave the track becuase you're going too fast.

Taking it down this Wed. weather permiting. Got it all fixed up this morning. I am going to change the s/c pulley to soften the hit. Car was at 8psi on the trans brake, I don't think it can handle that much without breaking things.
