Well one of your problems may be that your running your car at 24,000 rpm. The highest mine goes is like 5,000 rpm. I think anything over 24,000 you might be nearing the end of your peak torque...

Just make sure the seats work properly. You should be okay. My buddy is 6'5 and 310 lbs he fit okay in my car, just don't plan on anybody sitting behind you.

you can get them to sound pretty good. i am also swapping to a 350 but i was thinking for the 305 to get headers with straight pipes all the way back. i want a nice deep rumble.

Yeah i figured that much. its got 131,000 miles but it runs much faster than it should. Have no idea if anything was done internally by previous owner but i will be getting a 350 from a fellow member...

17 mpg in your 305. i got a tbi 305 and i get 14,15 mpg damn:huh:. I would buy a 350 from someone on here. Better to take your time and run across the right deal than rush yourself and waste money....

The best 3.8 sc motor you can buy is one out of a 89 thunderbid sc. Stock 15lbs of boost if its manual not auto. Get one call eaton buy the ported s-port modified blower about 1500 back in the day....

Elk grove village. I am new to this site and i have only seen about two third gens here in eg. A red bird i guess with a sick 383 stroker motor, a gta and me. Not much but its something to rattle...
