well it actually came to me 15 mins after...

well it actually came to me 15 mins after posting... I went outside and tested it and it worked. Turns out Fortes sent me the wrong pilot bearing and its smashed into the input shaft cause its to big...

Yea its together right, I've done it countless times... I think the Hydraulics just went out on it from unhooking them so many times... they are from a v-6 car I found in a junkyard about 2 years ago...
