Pickup coil would be spark side for plugs so thats probly ok ign module would be pulse side for injectors i would start there check for loose connectors crimped wireing and all the basic fuses/relays...

Trans fluid cleans and seats the rings better then any high dollar mixture they probly tell ya to buy and no it doesnt harm anything

If your sure vats was elemenated then might start with ign module it uses the ground side to pulse injectors sence you have pwer trace the ground

Ok let me anwser a few hardtop sure its posible probly pricey 2. To go manual you need pedal assembly, flywheel, slave cylinder , clutch, tranny a good t56 swap would run ya about 1200 3. Engine id...

Might be smelling coolant from the small leak but it could be power steering try starting it and having some 1 turn it sharp and fully while u look. a pinhole could be what your looking for

U check timing lately, rotor, wires, plugs a good arc in a wire or bad plug would give a stumble like that or corroded cap/rotor

Sounds like u covered everything except the coil its self where the spark comes from as everything warms up resistence is gained if your coil is going bad/weak it would give u those symptoms

U can try it i have had ones that would pull through the intank pump but i have had others that wouldnt probly best to just get a carb pick-up unit and not worry about it

If new ecm was put in after u still could have issue if its oem and still checking for the vats signal the ecm does control the ground side of the injectors and a working vats that has not been...

Ok lets see a lil more info year engine did you change ecm before/after issue but if your sure its not vats or the ecm the next thing i would do is get a noid light and fuel pressure gauge check...

Jack the back up just to simulate driving the longer hose just helps read gauge u could prop gauge by windsheild just easier to hold it . About the psi dropping even if u are getting something sucked...

Would have to find resistance of the stock key not the 1 u have now. how u would go about tracking that down. Im not sure theres usually a number on oem key u use to find it out

Valve Seals no bad fuel check valve or leaky injector yes its allowing fuel to empty the system and the prime at key on is not effective enough to refill it

Ok first just changing the cylinder to a different 1 does nothing to help the module is still there and not getting the signal it needs check this might help https://www.thirdgen.org/vats

Nothing easy about that drill and tap might be able to go though wheel well to get it done with out removing manifold but it its been leaking gaskets are shot so your going to want to remove it...

Just a tip when taking smog before going to shop run it hard rev it good at shop it heates up converter and the hotter the better effective it is but ya valve seals most likely if its coolant it...

Make sure to check the stand alone fuse near radiator its for the pump but overlooked alot of times its in a lil black box 2 wires run to it then your relays

Man hummm im stumped with everything thats been changed and checked the only thing coming to mind is either the ecm or wireing If your thinking more toward fuel system i would get a pressure gauge...
