Seatbelt buzzer?

Where is the seatbelt buzzer located? After I did my LED cluster bulb swap, my seatbelt buzzeris constantly on, even when seatbelt is being worn. Unless I pull pressure on it.

Take the plastic cover off and push up on the silver/steel thing while the buckle is in the latch assembly.

Jumpy Speedometer

The Speedometer in my Z jumps ALOT It aint bad at low speeds but man you hit 50 and even on the smoothest road it'lll bounce. Say your going 60 it'll jump from 90 to 25.

To check if you have improper float issues, Take off the passenger side brake pads and see if one side of the pads(I.e. Inner pad) is more worn down than the other(IE Outer pad.)
And I'm not sure...

The passenger side break problem sounds like uneven brake pressure, or you might have a caliper that isn't properly floating and has worn down ALOT more on the passenger side.
