Maybe the cold weather creates a vacuum leak due to shrinkage. Have you been spray gum cutter/ starting fluid to check for vacuum leaks.

Check to see if your gas tank recall was taken car of. I think 91-92 Camaro's and firebirds had recalls on the tanks. Also a weak fuel pump can cause surging like that even if it revs up high.

Put the stock springs back in and maybe put some bigger rims on it lol. Worst case scenario get shorty headers and diff y-pipe for a more "driveable" car.

Sounds like an ignition control module. Located on the distributor under the cap. Those will overheat and leave you. Then they'll work after cooling down. But your post isn't clear is it not cranking...

It means the relay is turning on. That's a good thing it means there should be power going to the fuel pump. To check if your fuel pump is running have someone turn the key to accessory but not power...

Did you check to see if you're getting spark? There isn't any fuel you say. And it will not crank. Is your CEL on? Is the battery dead? Did you makes sure your main ground cable is tight and bolted...

hey buddy when you got it pulled did you put a different converter on it? That can mess with it as well as putting the wrong governer on. I think your t.v cable is worn and wouldnt hurt to replace it...

Kind of sounds like the ecm to me. But I don't wanna rush into any conclusions but I had a truck have similar issues and it ended up being the ecm. So all the injectors arent firing?
