Re: What are your goals for the 2015 racing season?

I think I started this thread concept in '09 or '10. Glad to see it's still driving some ambition.

My '15 plans are to run the Super Street class at Cecil SSCSO this year with my '13 Coyote...

Re: need help pickin with stall converter tci 400

No, by max loose I don't mean that the converter will be built so loose that it won't move, lol. I mean that the stall speed will be be at it's peak for the combination. 6100-6300 would be that...

Re: need help pickin with stall converter tci 400

Here's the thing about cam information. When you're talking about a full race car with 13.5 CR, 355 heads, 7500rpm peak HP, 1200 dominator and .800+ lift the aggressive duration #'s are implied....

Re: Th400 transbrake guys... How hot is fluid? Lost 1-2 gears

Sounds to me like you have to go through that trans. Probably going to find clutches/steels smoked. Who's V/B? Pump will need to be checked for wear. Biggest issue with the T-400's is the 2nd gear...

I haven't been around in a while. What has changed since you were just cracking high 9's a few years back? I think I remember some 9.70's were your best?

Re: 1987 GTA Bracket bomber/weekend bruiser build

That's not always true. 8 inches can be a real pain in the butt behind lower horsepower motors. In many circumstances, when dealing with a "street motor," a street converter can do wonders. 10 inch...

I don't believe there is an 11 seconed slip in that motor. Shooting for 12.50's would be a realistic goal. I would put a good intake and Holley 650 on it. Tune it very well and add a 3000-3200 stall...
