yea i think the one with the pins is ok, just need to press it in, which I can do, the one with the smaller shoulder bolt I don't see how, I'll try to get a pic of it

actually the bushings are too big, the uppers look like they might press in but the lowers are way too big, would have to drill the hinge and then the amount of metal left would be sketchy at best.

I got the hatch to close finally by slamming the hatch down. It does release and operate as normal now, my concern is that all looks ok, it just appears to have "jammed" this one...

those are verified as of this morning, it appears it is running great, BLM's always at either 128 or 126, no lower than 124, AFR WEGOII shows 14.6 while cruising, WOT shows 12.4 AFR, motor pulls hard...

They do look good on the car, to be fair I am comparing the weight to a set I got for my Nissan TT car. So big difference there, but same 17" x 9.5, they came in at 17.6 lbs each.

so I took NINA's advice, some of the readings from the FSm and soldered in a 470ohm resistor, and wah-****ing-lah, charging at 13.6v on gauge and on DVOM...

my 87 FSM came in and the charging system diagram for the 87 Vin 8 is the same as the online 88 FSM pdf. So I am headed to Radio Crack to get a 5pk of 470ohm resistors... and solder them...
