Having some issues with my camaro overheating and had a few questions.

Its been about 60-80F here lately, what temp is normal for the car to run at? It's a 350 TBI, econo swirly heads.

Yeah thats why I'm leary of keeping the 1228063, there really doesnt seem to be that much information on it at all.

From what I've been reading I THINK the 1228746 is compatable but I'm not sure....

Hello, I have a 1988 camaro rs originally a 305 TBI that has had a 350 TBI swapped into it by the previous owner.

I checked the ecm and prom and its running the factory 1228063 with a 24pin...

Tried to resolder the pin but it broke right up against the epoxy and I cant get it to stick.

5 speed manual
has AIR
not sure what ccp is

Well thanks to all those that helped the beast has passed with flying colors. After getting those v6 injectors out of there and putting i the proper 5.7l injectors the car now idles correctly,...

I checked the #'s on the fuel injectors and they are both labeled 5234105. I can't find much on that number besides that it's a fuel injector. do you know if these are the ones it should be running?

Finally got a chance to pull the codes.

Showing codes 23 and 44

23 Inlet air temperature sensor signal showed an air temperature below -22� F after the engine has been running for 5 minutes....

well ohio is one of those weird places see.... they think running echeck in only a few counties is going to make a difference. so we have a bunch of testing stations around summit, cuyahoga county...
